We had an amazing day out with Macro—he’s simply the best. Several tour companies make the trip to Corvo, but Macro runs the newest boat, and it really shows. On the way, we spotted dolphins, and thanks to the strong northern wind, the ride turned into an exhilarating adventure that only added to the experience. The whole trip was well-organized, and Macro’s skill and experience as a skipper were clear from start to finish.
Bring some water and wind proofing clothes. There are not a lot of food options in Corvo, better to come prepared and pack lunch.

Amazing trip with Marco!! The visit of the caves before getting to Corvo is a real adventure you can’t miss!! Everything went perfect, we had taxis waiting for us in Cirvo when we arrived. On the way back we even sootted some whales and Marco stopped for us to look for them. 100% recommend, Marco is super friendly and helpful!

This is the very best way to enjoy the stunning coastline of Flores island on your way to Corvo. Marco and his crew were focused on our safety but also made sure that we were all having fun! Where else can you float into a sea cave and come out under a waterfall!!? Just book this tour you won’t regret it! One of our favorite things we have done while visiting the islands! The boat trip with Marco was one of the best experiences of our visit to the Azores. The first part alone is worth it: the coast with cliffs, caves and waterfalls is fantastic in itself, and the captain puts the adrenaline in it to make it even more special.
The visit to the Corvo crater was very interesting, and the times were very well calculated.
On the way back we were lucky enough to be able to see dolphins, what more could you ask for!
An unforgettable day!! I recommend everyone who goes to Flores to do this trip, it is very worth it.

Great tour to Corvo Island despite the bad weather with discovery of the coast of Flores, its waterfalls and caves and the chance to see dolphins on the way back! On the other hand, we were surprised that all the boats from the different companies did the tour together. We therefore recommend booking on Hugo’s Mero boat, it is smaller with only two rows of seats (no 3rd one stuck in the middle like on the other boats) and it is 40 euros per person whereas we paid 50 euros per person…

We booked the tour online 24hrs in advance and did not get any reply of confirmation, pick up time etc. we tried calling, WhatsApp, messaging via instagram but no reply. There was no information on the website or such that tours are not available. Very disappointing. Should definitely work on their communication and booking system. Would not recommend.

Amazing tour! Marco from Flores by Sea was a great Captain. The whole tour was well organised and we saw a lot of caves, waterfalls, dolphins and arrived safely at Corvo.

I had the opportunity to cross from Flores Island to Corvo with ‘Flores by Sea,’ including a visit to the caves on Flores Island. The experience was absolutely unforgettable! On our return from Corvo Island, we were accompanied by dolphins, which made the moment even more magical. The entire team was extremely professional and attentive, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers at every step. We loved it! We chose the 1:30 p.m. timetable from Flores. Walking along the coast between waterfalls and caves was extraordinary! The skipper has great control and gives good sensations! Corvo island is very beautiful, magnificent caldera. We highly recommend!

Adventurous trip with captain Carlos and guide Susana tot Corvo. The caves were very beautiful and mysterious. Great to sail through the rock formations. Both ways we spotted dolphins playing in the surf of boat. Great!

Despite us booking late, Marco did his best to make it work for us to do the trip to Corvo. We were happy that it worked out, because we had a great day to remember. On the way to get there, we saw a large group of dolphins and stayed there for a little while to enjoy this special moment without staying too long to stress the animals. Marco did a great job in driving the boat. On the way back he showed us the north-eastern coast of Flores. We left the boat with a big smile!

Incredible experience. You start by discovering Flores’ East coast, with its nice water falls and caves (especially the amazing “cathedral”).
We had the chance to have a great weather and to watch two groups of dolphins.
